The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and had several options. The area felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

We agreed this is our favorite hotel to stay in Germantown. Easy check in, lovely room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, great price. We loved the layout suite with the separate living area. We would highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again when traveling home from Arkansas.

The hotel was fine. Howver, when we tried to check-in, we were told Orbitz cancelled our reservation. I said "that can't be right, they took my money." However; that was indeed the case. So, if you do not call me, i will be reaching out to get my money back. You should call me.

Property was dated. Staff was friendly & helpful. We were placed in a accessible room with two beds instead of the king we booked. We were told all the other rooms were booked.

Everyone was especially excited about working for the company. Friendly staff great breakfast bar and the room was superb! Front desk staff that checked me in as well as checking me out were so gracious and sympathetic to the loss of my 9 mo old grandson. Thanks Team from the bottom of my heart!

The staff was amazing! Very customer service oriented. If I was only scoring based on that, it would be 5 stars. The property appeared nice and the surrounding area was beautiful. However, the room left a lot to be desired. Couch was so dirty the arms were blackened. The table in the room had chipped wood, and the chair had worn/missing leather. Tub was chipped in multiple places, and the dispensers weren’t wiped down. A few upgrades to this hotel could easily get it back to a great place. Not the worse, but certainly not the best!

My son is allergic to cats and dogs. He immediately began coughing upon entering the hotel room. I asked to know if there was a way to know what animals were in the room. They do not keep that information. There used to be animals allowed only on the 1st floor, now it is a free for all. We will never go back to homewood suites due to the pet policy!

Good morning, I do apologize about your experience with us we are a pet friendly hotel. We do not have certain rooms just for dogs again we are pet-friendly hotel in which we prioritize our guest and their fur babies.
The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and accommodated my family with late checkout without question. The pool was clean and perfect for small kids. The breakfast was really good and it was nice that breakfast had different options the second morning. The rooms were clean as always as a Hilton rewards member.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very refreshing experience with the staff. Very clean. This hotel was close to Shelby Farms Park which was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was good. Lobby appeared clean and they were making a lot of effort to sanitize the area. The room definitely was lacking. The sofa had visible stains on it and the small accent table was broken. The bathroom did appear clean however This is a well worn property that could definitely use some good cleaning. It met our needs, but I do not plan to stay there again when returning to Memphis. Front desk staff was very friendly which was a plus.

Good/safe part of Memphis, plenty of dining options. Hotel was nice, staff was great. Rooms could use an update, not horrible, but not great. Beds were comfortable, ceiling fan in bedroom was nice, bathroom needed a fan to help with steam. Newer faucets/handles/finishes gave the appearance of updates, but needs overall renovation to be great.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times and never had a problem until this stay. My car was one of about a dozen that had the window broken out and things stolen. Luckily, my husband was able to immediately take it to a glass place and have it replaced before we went home. The hotel is in a nice area and is clean, comfortable, and quiet, but apparently these break ins are happening more and more frequently.

Very nice property. Would stay here again. My only issues were we were not aware that we had to request housekeeping and the door to the bathroom did not properly close. Other than that great experience and would stay again!
