My accommodation plans were necessarily changed upon my arrival in Memphis. I informed the manager at the desk that I would no longer need the room that I had already paid for and that I expected that I would be charged for one night. La Quinta did not care and refused to refund any of my fee, and I'm sure they let the room to the next customer and double charged for the room. Never again will I stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites.

Didn't no it was so fare from restaurant bar no were to go found out later it is one of the most dangerous parts of memphis.no were to go to eat we had to use taxis to the outlet village or to go into Memphis which had a few over priced restaurants. When people book it would be nice to be told your out in a industrial area with big lorries opposite for your view.l am very disappointed with wydhams haven't been impressed .

The property was well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever I got into the room the A/c wasn’t cooling I called the front desk and they sent someone immediately. Once he saw it was gonna take more than a few minutes to repair the issue they changed my room and even helped me with moving my luggage. They even offer shuttle to the airport! I felt very comfortable and safe inside the hotel. On my way out the following morning there was a guest that had parked their car outside on the gate in a space for retired veterans. His window had been shattered and his car was burglarized. Now, this isn’t a reflection on the hotel they did offer gated parking this space was just outside the gate very close to the entrance. Overall the room was perfect, clean comfortable and I would choose this place for any other Memphis stays!

The bed was comfy and the parking was gated. But not a great part of town. The chair in my room was so uncomfortable that the desk chair was better. It was like it had metal rods through it.

I needed a place near the airport. I picked this one originally because it had a shuttle to the airport though I ended up not needing it. The hotel was quiet - though there were some people with very loud vehicles about 10 pm, but it was quite before and after that. Very clean. Friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast but I had to leave by 4:30 am.

I reserved the 5:30am airport shuttle, they called my room 10 minutes before and woke up my friend I was outside at 5:30 and the front desk told me the shuttle had already left and could take me at 6am. I had to wait for an Uber and pay $20 although I was ready at the right time. Also checkin had a line almost out the lobby door and they only had one person on staff so we waited about an hour

It is not the most safe area but the security and the locked fence and gate for the vehicles make me feel better. The staff is all really nice and I have no complaints about the hotel just the area.

Cement factory behind the facility starts work early (around 6 am) and some of that noise was heard even on the 5th floor in our room facing tne cement plant. Great overall location for accessing Memphis. Free shuttle service to Graceland was unexpected. A bit disappointed that there was no fruit offered at breakfast.

The staff was very friendly but the room was not very clean (we travel with a small dog and you could see a lot of hair from previous pet in the room’s chair). Also the hallway stank of weed (I know this is not the property ‘s fault but the guests’).
