"This was my first stay at a Canopy by Hilton property. The Canopy sub-brand is advertised as an upscale semi-boutique hotel. The Minneapolis hotel is fully inline with the advertising. Really a very pleasant 4 night stay. Building is a renovated manufacturing factory. The have retained most if not all of the original timber posts and beams-very interesting. "Nice pool in the center of the hotel that our kids had fun in. Our family really enjoyed the warm cookies and milk at night in the lobby that were free. Also a great location and could walk to several areas in the city that we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with directions on getting places also."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"It's okay I guess if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, but I've stayed in nicer places for about the same price. You can tell the rooms, even though they are clean, are given the bare minimum maintenance wise. The bathroom light sometimes just didn't turn on, the carpet is pulled up at certain areas, the bathroom wall looked torn in certain parts. And I have a large fear of mice, so seeing easily accessible cracks and stuff definitely makes me paranoid. It's okay if you need just the...

"It was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Full kitchen in the rooms too. Nice big showers and very hot water with good pressure. Also a dressing area and a couch. The front desk folks are super nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. No real restaurant but they have snacks and drinks you can purchase downstairs- all night long. There is a grass area across the street at the hospital if you are traveling with your dog. 👍🙂👍"
