"This is my first time staying at the Zaza location. I’ve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think I’ve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasn’t told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back."

"I booked two rooms and our room was very clean and spacious. The other room I booked for my parents was not ready and dirty when my parents went inside. They had to go to the front desk to let them know and John was so accomodating and waa able to switched them to another room. The check in was a breeze. The onlt thing i didnt loke was the fee for my dog. On the qebsite, it says $50 but had to pay $75. Webaite needs to update their information. I like the fact that the room has a diswasher, sink...

"The hotel is cool but it should be breakfast in the morning. Lots of families need that to help them save money. If in a hotel for extended stay, clearly your low on cash My room is good. I have no complaints. Staff seems good for now. I'm just getting there so I really don't have a full view on everything but I will chime in if needed. So far so good for the great price.
