"We had a great stay at this resort. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting in and out. It’s right across from the ocean, so you can enjoy beautiful sea views just steps away. The resort has two swimming pools, which makes it perfect for families traveling together. The front desk and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Jose at the front desk, he was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. For Key West, this unit offers very good value for the price, especially considering the location and amenities. The only downside is that rooms facing the main road can be a bit noisy. For guests who are sensitive to noise, I would recommend requesting a room further inside the property. "

"Hotel was old but clean. The Tiki hut bar is right there in the middle so when they have a band or music playing then you will be hearing it until they are done late night. Had cold Ac and hot shower so basically what is needed."

"Pool area very nice, plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Elevators were not working during entire stay which was an inconvenience. Assistance with luggage was provided upon request as we were unable to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs. "

"Fantastic property with amazing staff and amenities. Jayme and Mitch were fanastically hospitable and supported all of our needs at checkin and beyond. Free shuttles available on the hour (didn't use) make it easy and cheap to get into the heart of the action with the chill vibes of Stock Island a welcome retreat. Ubers are never more than a few minutes away and some solid restaurant options allow for staying away from the hustle and bustle if needed. Would stay again and highly recommend!"

"I reserved an ocean view room and, while we could see the ocean, I thought it would be more like the picture featuring the hotel with the pool included. We had a busy road to look at in front of the ocean and there is no beach."
