Comfortable and suitable for a family who wish to have some of their meals in rather than out. Easy access to city & other locations via excellent tram services. No air conditioning in second bedroom & having to collect the keys from a different location were minuses.

It had Foxtel in the main lounge room and in my bedroom had YouTube and Netflix Many apartments Ive stayed in do not have this luxury

Great city holiday.
Lovely apartment, great view over Docklands and the city. Comfortable beds, good shower pressure, great kitchen (full size fridge, oven, microwave, dish drawer dishwasher). Pool and spa in the building.

Location is excellent. Our room has an excellent view to the docklands and nearby area including marvel stadium. Property condition is great too! The only problem I think is you need to pick up and return key from and to another location which can be a fuss if you are not driving (even if you are driving it’s quite confusing to drive in Melbourne). And the communication with the property is confusing too as they ask you to return key to 34 Caravel Lane but you can’t find this number on the lane, and when I found one of their office on 37 they said I should return to 7

Nice property, check-in and payment a problem
No issues with the property itself but it is managed by a company that is not on-site. They were very flexible about check-in time and were easy to contact, but the directions on the confirmation email were very unclear about the fact you need to collect keys from a location about 1km from the actual property. I was left standing in the street for 20mins at 9.30pm waiting for someone to come and let me in. Given this is a work trip I also need a tax invoice which so far I have been unable to get. But the property is nice and the service company super helpful....just be aware of what you are buying

Extremely disappointed as we were moved to a completely different location that wasn’t anywhere near as good, causing us problems with transportation this created more problems with time schedules along with numerous other obstacles. we intended to extend our stay at our original location quickly decided not too as the forced change in location felt like a down grade from a 4.5 star to a 3 star, there were many things broken not working or just not available, the floor plan didn’t suit our needs, there wasn’t even a light switch for the master bedroom the bedside lamp didn’t work there was no rain head shower nor a light the en-suite vanity light was inadequate I wasn’t able to apply cosmetics. 2 of The balcony sliding doors could not be opened, there was not breakfast at all, the fridge was old didn’t work properly. We had tickets and missed over half the show due to all these issues I’d like to be completely refunded for our stay.

We were moved out of the property we booked the day prior to another, the reason given was ‘maintenance’ which is industry speak for over booking. The new apartment had filthy windows, terrible beds and the lock to the balcony was broken

On pickup met a cleaner for keys n that was a stuff around n he was 30mins late kept getting told he was 2 mins away :$ , then First night Used the vaccum to clean up crumbs and turned it on n it blow up, hasn’t been cleaned out for ages I would expect it empty, have called a number many times as I thought fire brigades were gonna come because of the smell but lucky for alarms never went off, but have no front desk to call n number was ringing out n kept ringing out wanted to inform them right away still haven’t answer my calls n checked out 2 days ago, I replaced it with a broom n shovel , 3 day stay with 2 kids 4 towels n when asked at managers office if I could get any from anywhere was told it’s not a motel so went n brought 4 more, the bedroom with balcony was really nice but the room gets hotter than a sauna no aircon from lounge won’t cool it down :(, when I arrived i paid 50 extra for late check out 2pm, they call on last day at 12.15 asking when I’m leaving my parntner was at work so I couldn’t leave till 1.30 wasn’t standing on streets with kids n lots n lots of laugAge she said ok fine but It’ll be an extra 100 because the lady that booked me was new n should have f charged 150 late stay not 50, if you I knew that I would of booked another night 200 to check out at 2pm instead of 12 :& she said to ring her after I check out have been calling her ever since n no answer or call back put keys in letterbox, if they charge me the extra 150 I won’t be very happy :$ :@

The 2bed apartment was excellent- very well laid out and with everything we needed. Free tram at the front door. Supermarket around the corner. Only drawback is the check in ... being a good 15 minute walk away

Great apartment, good location
Great apartment that is very clean and tidy. Next to tram station which goes straight to CBD. On site facility including the pool and gym is of high quality. The only complaint is that checkin location is not on site.

Excellent accommodation
Fantastic accommodation. Modern interiors and very comfortable stay. Ideally located with access to tram to take you around the CBD in Melbourne There was an issue, however, with the first night's stay as the apartment that was booked was not available for some reason. After a long flight from the US, this mishap was quite frustrating and we had a wait for about an hour before an alternate accommodation was provided. The alternate accommodation which was in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the harbor was nice but just not as great as the one we had booked. Since we were there in Melbourne for just a few days with activities and trips planned out during the day, we could not personally move to the booked accommodation the following day. The staff did the move for us and although we were apprehensive at first to having someone else move our belongings, the staff did a superb job with the move.. While I was not happy with the initial delay and the move, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous and made every effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Got Double beds instead of queens , no hot water in any shower for the whole weekend. Very small apartment, and it’s on wrong side of Docklands , like no restaurant or shops ... don’t won’t to stay that side of Docklands or that apartment again ...

Excellent Apartment stay with city views
The apartment was excellent with very good city views, close to city and shops, public transport nearby. My only comment is no room maintenance at all in the 15 days stay and it was done only when explicitly asked after 15 days.

In a great location! The apartment had great facilities to make our stay very comfortable. The views were stunning & the pool area beautiful. The only suggestion would be to check the programs previous guests have saved on the FOXTEL box - the ones stored were not appropriate for family viewing.

Modern apartment close to trams
Good things first: great heated pool, nice rooms, excellent entertainment (got netflix foxtel and youtube), free (fast) wifi, nice water pressure, great washing machine and dryer, nice city view, close to trams, there's Woolworths close by. Now, the negatives: called the day before and was told to call 30 mins before arriving, did that and asked to go straight to property, only to be told when we got there that we need to go back to check in place, it is not far but when you have light festival in docklands and sport going on at etihad stadium turns out to be a nightmare - took us 30 mins or so to get back there, still wondering why not just tell us to come here in the first place. was booked for 2 bed 2 bath but got 2 bed 1 bath, misleading info. limited cutlery and utensils, no can opener / peeler, only 2 teaspoons, but lots of knives. top shelf in the kitchen and wardrobe not for normal people, they're too high. if they improve these, won't hesitate to come back.

Convenient apartment
So convenient and free zone tram station is at the doorstep. Apartment is very clean and spacious. The only thing is that you need to bring your own hairdryer and slippers.

Amazing enviroment
The room is very spacious and comfortable. The view was stunning, environment was good. However cleaning services are provided in each week instead of everyday. The iron board which was old and shabby should be replaced.
