Most disappointed in this "apartment" property. Pleasant staff member Michelle but apartment completely sterile & needing plenty of maintenance. Shower screen loose on wall - unsafe, no plugs in bathroom & kitchen sinks, lamp not working & overhead lights too bright. Bedroom blind only a dark blockout one overlooking carpark, had to be down all the time.Couch very uncomfortable, tv played up re reception all the time. Wifi was fine. Plates in cupboard dirty. Only one small milk supplied for 2 for 2 days. Not up to Quest usual standard. Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable…. Stairs were a bit of an inconvenience. Stair hand railing urgently need for the 4 steps leading to the foyer of the apartment from the carpark area…..very dangerous for those who’s balance is poor. I doubt building inspectors would allow this.

The check-in staff were great apart from Not refunding my room deposit. The smell of Indian cooking throughout all the rooms and halls was unbearable. Ruined the stay. Rooms are dated and very average. Great size though. Shower base is a bath which is stained, shower head is about 20 years old and trickled out. Not ideal

Your deposit is a security bond that sits as a pending transaction in your account and then releases within 3-7 business days by your bank. Our rooms are indeed a great size and currently being refurbished. We have done paint and carpet and just replaced all the beds in the property. We have just started to the refurbishment of the baths, which will remove the stains that have built up over the years and all shower heads and taps are being replaced. When we arrived those on the front desk appeared a bit irritated however redeemed themselves when we had a bit of a chat. Room was a bit grubby and I did noticed a couple of bugs near the bed. Very roomy though.

Everything was really good apart from having an internal door, which was not lockable from my side, and went directly into someone else’s bedroom!!I could hear them complaining to each other about me cause I was watching tv. The tv wasn’t loud. Poor set up- am pretty sure there were other rooms vacant I could have been allocated.

Great property for business stay, however the noise from adjacent room was loud, not unbearable but noticeable, I could hear conversations if they were in my room, I would be hesitant to book again as I had sensitive material to be discussed via zoom, I had to take these calls in my vehicle

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Quest and I have to say, I was thoroughly disappointed. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place were just horrendous. The whole place seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly in weeks, and there were stains and marks in the bathtub and that made me feel uneasy. To make matters worse, the two apartments that were joined by a door were not soundproof at all. I could hear every single noise from the other side of the door, from people talking to music blaring, and even worse, I could hear people having sex at 3am. It was a terrible experience and made it almost impossible to get any sleep. Overall, I would not recommend Quest to anyone. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance, combined with the lack of soundproofing, made for an incredibly unpleasant stay.

The property was comfortable and clean. However, the TV had very poor reception and the fire alarm went off for no real reason. The billing was very strangle too. On arrival I paid the full cost of one night’s accommodation plus a $50 bond. On check out I paid the cost of accommodation and was told the original payment that included the bond would be refunded. It has been nearly a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Why not just take out the $50 separately?

I backed into your shade sale curb from your tight car park in front of reception it was the the grey colour i couldnt see could you paint the curb and sail pole so people can see it when backing it is a safety issue or shift it altogether my insurance company was not impressed to cost me 800 dollars excess and the insurnce company 2600 dollars please fix the problem im sure im not the first person to back onto it thanks barry bruce

Clean and spacious, easily accessed. The only improvements, grab rail in the shower and a better quality bed.

Location to Frankston/ Peninsula great. Found the apartment quite dirty and very stuffy.

In regards to the stuffiness you booked our Studio Apartments which are our smallest rooms. We offer One bedroom Apartments that contain a lounge area and also all come with balconies and a lot more space. I would recommend booking once of these in the future if you need more space.
