Just ok
Checked into the room, and found that the if conditioner wouldn’t work. Got the kettle out of the cupboard and could smell something very funky. Looked in the kettle and could see a jelly like substance. Poured it out on the bench and it was brown and lumpy…. And stunk. Pretty sure a previous guest had cooked noodles or something in it. The view from this room was horrible. It looks over the construction sight next door, and looks a bit like a wasteland with mangled wood and trolleys dragged out of the river. We called the property managers and they changed us to another room, with a much better view, and a dirty looking but not smelly kettle which we bought vinegar and cleaned it. The air conditioner also worked better. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and only one spare pillow, so 1 of us had 2 pillows and the other just 1. The balcony was dirty and had cobwebs all over the glass. The hand rail was mostly clean, they just seem to forget to wipe the last metre or so of it. The rest of the place was clean and acceptable.

Nice room and great location but too noisy
Property is well located with great free transport links. Shopping and eating options near by. Well appointed room. However, we found external noise an issue, to the point it ruined our stay in Melbourne. Very close to motorway bridge that is audible through the windows all night. As it’s hard up against the river, we were awakened by the morning boating activities. Would not stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Great location
Apartment was well equipped. The balcony is large but didn't have a table onky a couple of chairs. Clean and tidy. Great quiet location with easy access to trams. Would definitely stay again

I didn’t like picking up/ dropping off the key at a different address. Not having an extra towel and tea towel for the 10 days I stayed ( only had one of each for 10 days) also a vacuum cleaner or a broom to use on the floor. On the whole I enjoyed staying there, it was a good quite area, and having the free tram stop close by made it easy to get around. The swimming pool/steam room area was very enjoyable.

This property is in a great location. We were amazed at how quiet the area was. The apartment had everything we needed with great undercover parking.

The property is clean and also very convenient where the trams, close to CBD and other places that we plan to visit. Not to mentioned Zus is very friendly & accommodating. Although we have a very nice balcony, we notice people are fishing, smoking & EVEN uriniting on the ground floor. BUT OVERALL I ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WE WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The tram stop was super close by which made it easy to get into the cbd. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the river from both rooms.

I loved the view, however the carpet was stained next to the bed, and the bed cover had a big stain on it - it was replaced after I sent a photo. The balcony was not very clean but we enjoyed the position and the pool.

Great comfy unit with Yarra River view.
Had a fantastic stay. Newly built, complete and excellent amenities brighly lit with large glass panels providing a view of Yarra River, and is an air-conditioned unit. Spacious balcony provides excellent view of river and city. Close access to Trams via Collins St terminus and is within Melbourne's free tram zone, nevertheless, still advisable to get your Myki card. Recommended.

The property was lovely. The pool area and steam room were fantastic. Very quiet area. Lovely views from the balcony. Bed was a little too hard for us and pillows were quite flat. No extra towels to use for the pool and no comfortable chairs or a table on the balcony which made it hard to enjoy having food and drinks out there. Couldn't check in until an hour and a half after check in time.. and we had advised (as asked) what time we were arriving. Also no allocated parking area near reception for when you check in and not knowing the area we just parked in the lane and recieved a$165 fine for doing so. That and not being able to check in on time made for a disappointing start. Cancelled dinner reservations as now have a huge fine to pay.
