Hi Jess, Thank you for reply. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not satisfactory. Throughout your 3 night stay, you made staff aware of an issue in your room - to which we attended immediately (also gifting you a bottle of wine as compensation), to which you seemed quite happy. You posting this review, is very disappointing to see, due to when we spoke, you did not mention any other issues. If you did, again, we would have attended immediately.

Thank you for posting an Anonymous review... Being on the Peninsula, during bouts of both hot, and cold weather, unfortunately the mosquitos thrive (mother nature is great). With this in mind, we provide fly spray at your convenience in every room to help combat this. Alongside your issue, staff were not notified whilst you were here - or else we would have actioned it immediately. Rather than posting a negative review in future, I advise you to seek staff assistance if you are experiencing any issues.Many thanks, and good luck in your future travels.

The gutter outside the rooms has already proved invaluable, and will be important during the forthcoming repeat of the La Nina wet weather season. Your review received.You had to wait 5 mins while the owner & his Wife made up the bed settee for you, which wasn't requested. Hardly terrible - no taps fell off - we hope your future travels elsewhere, are much more to your liking.

Your review, is regarding your one night stay four months ago. The Spa Room is very rarely vacant - so to say that things were dusty etc. places incertitude about all of your comments. Every item you thought was missing, was there - and the spa has never not-worked. Likewise however, we regret that you found, being corrected about these things - as signs of aggression. We wish you well with your future travels elsewhere.
