We have arrived after midnight,our room was in a poor condition,dirty and making us feel insecure.Water was heavily dripping from the shower exhaust fan.
The hotel worker was ignoring this issue and also refused to turn the fan on.
He new about the risk ,no good where electricity and water get in contact.
He told us to stay in the room until next day or he will refund our money and we can get out.
It was after midnight, this behaviour was unexceptionable.He also told us that they didn’t have Moore vacate rooms.
We asked him how he can be so ignorant about this problem ,after this stressful time he has put us into a different room.
Condition of this one was disappointing,dirty door handles,mould /fungus growing in the bathroom was creating lots of stress.Carpet not vacuumed.One months ago I have requested deep clean room.Very scary,because everyone does know about
how Covid-19’s can spread and what fungus can do and dust can do to people with allergies.Next day more friendly staff promised to get read of the fungus,but nothing was done.More worst because the attitude of the hotel staff was more verbally abusive,also physically pointing into my wife face and using louder voice .
It was very upsetting and I feel strongly we should be paid all our money back.
This hotel should have completely new change over with staff who should be trained to do the jobs ,solving problems and understanding the importance of clean and safe environment.Marian
