Luke on check in was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Woolworths and Aldi right next door. Restaurants close by. South Melbourne Market right around the corner. Would stay again!

Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay! We were welcomed with such kindness and made to feel right at home. Our room was amazing with gorgeous views, and the location was perfect: Woolworths just next door, and right by the South Melbourne Market for a delicious breakfast! We will definitely be back soon!

Had a truly awesome experience staying at Teri Apartment. Every staff there is ao helpful, friendly and they went extra mile to assist me in my very last minute request. The area is also super convenient with supermarket, food just a stone throw away and walking distance to South Melbourne market. Room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you are looking for an apartment to stay at South Melbourne City.

Great location for cafes, pubs, shops. A little noisy with laneway noise at times however it is in a busy location so understandable and wasn't really a problem

We were on the first floor, the Friday & Saturday night, early morning outside noises, talking, yelling etc... were annoying. The room was comfortable & well equipped, reasonable value for money. 1 roll toilet paper for 2 night stay & 2 people? Property close to shops & city not far.

I had the greatest check in, pleasant reception and the 2men were so cheerful and supportive to me. I was unimpressed. I struggle with smoking so it was a challenge to me a bit but the stay was pleasant and convenient for me. Well done

Unit was small, balcony had a tile missing, door had a hole in it in bedroom. We booked a car park and had paid for it, found a note left on it saying it was going to get towed. Rubbish truck collects bins in the lane way for about a hour every morning before sunrise. Helped Police get on to floors Saturday night to break up a party. Oh and the family swearing at each other Sunday night was a highlight on the floor below. Personally I think the local youth hostel would have been better. Oh and it was way over priced. It was one of the worst places we had stayed in.

Good location a 15 minute walk to Southbank and just around the corner from South Melbourne markets. After hours access was not well organised but we got in to our apartment without a hitch. Rooms were quiet and amenities were good. Would stay again.

I got there and the first thing I did was go and buy disinfectant wipes to clean down the tables, chairs and couch as all of them had food or food stains on them, I purchased a mug and only used one fork after cleaning it twice the best I could with the dishwashing liquid (of the three satchels proved one was empty, one half empty) only, as the dishwash clothes looked used and the scrubber had a lot of hair stuck on it. Luckily I brought my own towel and bedding, so I did not have to worry about the cleanliness of what was provided.

Very convenient being close to SM Market.slightly complicated property but OK once you got used to it. the apartment was a bit bare and could have done with a small dinner table. I thought it was pretty good ina area which doesn't have much accomodation

The room was very good, clean, comfortable bed, good facilities such as cooking, ironing etc. I was given a ground floor apartment which I would not do again. It was noisy at night with people coming home to their apartments, also drunks gathering in the courtyard and making noise. I would only stay again if I was given another floor.
