Homey, clean, comfortable. Certainly not fancy, but plenty of space, great mattress (not a small issue) and well-equipped kitchen in apartment rental, at modest price.

Refurbished apartment
We were in a refurbished 1BR apartment. Even had a corner spa in the bathroom. It was very good. The only vague issue I found is the mattress was very firm (as hotels are wont to do), so a pillow-top mattress or adding a mattress topper would be the next step to improve guest comfort.

Very central location. Comfortable peaceful place. Bed was comfy but a bit hot for my standards. I was allowed a late checkout which was helpful. It’s a bit pricey though. Gone up over the years.

I wS disappointed there was no dining in. Also, we were held up by being locked in Mallacoota because of the flooding and were unable to be there on the first day of our booking. I had phoned the reception and related our predicament and was told " seeing you have already paid a refund will be organized. It was not.

Easy check in & good customer service. We stayed one night after a wedding so convenient position. Spacious room for a couple with comfortable bed. Clean and all we needed for our stay.

Property in front in being built/renovated so you have to drive past a construction zone to check in. Staff were amazing, king bed was very firm which some may appreciate, and water pressure is great

Kimberley Gardens is a lovely hidden gem. It's in the middle of surburbia, so good value with excellent amenities. My room was very comfortable and had a balcony which looked out on leafy trees. It has a lovely indoor pool and hot spa, and even a little gym. Unfortunately there is a large building site right out the front which somewhat detracts from the attractive entrance to the hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Yes we love coming to Kimberly Gardens, my son absolutely loves the indoor pool, rooms are clean, bed is comfy and spa in room is awesome.
