Staff was very friendly and always willing to answer any questions that I had. The location was perfect and right in the heart of the CBD. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring Melbourne for the first time.

Good place to stay for a few nights in Melbourne. Walking distance from Southern Cross Railway station, located close to South bank and Melbourne central. Helpful staff.

Room was compact but had everything i needed for an overnight stay. Very clean close to Southern Cross Station for trains & intrastate buses.

The staff at reception, housekeeping and in dining area were all courteous and happy to assist. The only drawback was lack of window in the room.

Close to Southern Cross Station. Easy walking to DFO and Marvel Stadium. Convenient dining options within the facility. Clean, friendly staff. Will definitely stay when next in Melbourne.

Great for an overnight FIFO for a gig. Great location, walking distance to Southern cross station and trams.

So close to Southern Cross station and trams.
My room was quiet and had what I needed. Just basically slept there as I was out during the days.

The shower was over the bath and very slippery. Not safe!

We take the safety of our guests very seriously and always try to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
Room was ok. The floor in the room creaked as I walked. There was a few hairs left on the bathroom floor and a black curly hair on the bed sheets. The entrance to the hotel is full of people smoking at all times of the day. There is a guest laundry that charges $4 a load.

No freezer in fridge.
All lights always on after room service.

I didn’t like the noise of footsteps pacing up and down in the room from above me , that continued until 1am in the morning until I yelled at them to shut up and and then they recommenced again at 5.30 am

Arrived at midnight from an international flight. Cold reception from the man behind the screen. Asked to complete safety questions and immediately felt that I'd chosen the wrong place to stay but too late to go elsewhere. Was asked for ID and a copy of my passport was taken. Uncomfortable about this given potential ID theft. I would like to know if the hotel then destroys this. Very noisy in the room with many doors banging, probably as the result of the strange open layout into a huge internal foyer. You get what you pay for... no frills. Won't return.
