Very spacious and comfortable apartment. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is so quiet, very clean and very comfortable. The beds are so comfortable. Defintiely will be staying here again.

good place for family trip
good communication, they will also send you a reminder one day before the trip, please remember to check the junk box. They have quite resonable paid parking, the location is quite close to kids playground and free city tram.

Fantastic location. 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. Within walking distance to trams to navigate the city. Room was clean enough, the pool/spa area was great for the kids. Only downside is I booked for 3 beds, sofa bed was advertised but never made up - but that is only a small detail! It was the little things like laundry detergent provided that made life a little easier! Cheers

Wonderful apartment near the flagstaff gardens. Lots to explore with public transport not to far from the apartment. Big enough for 2 small families. Enjoyed the pool

The apartment was located in a perfect area! However, as a family staying there, it was a major inconvenience as the dishwasher was not working and was dirty, the washer/dryer did not work, the shower drains were blocked! Upon contacting the property manager we were told to accept a small credit to use upon our return. We had to wash and hang out clothes around the apartment. We paid a premium price for facilities that were not provided. Highly disappointed

Nice and comfortable
The rooms were a good size and very clean .the pool area was great for the kids ,If i had to be super critical the location was probably just one block to far away as we had to walk to the tram but other than that this was a nice place to stay .

The apartment was lovely and clean and had all the little things included to make it a home away from home. The location was great. The staff incredibly helpful and the room was lovely and clean. I’d highly recommend staying here and will do so in the future.

Very nice apartment building. We had a beautiful view over Flagstaff park and the city. Very convenient location. The only downside was the noise of the aircon from the school in front and the noise of the building site

The apartment was very nice & clean... it was also very well equiped. The building was quiet (all except one night when someone kept ringing our appt # from downstairs)... If i had to pick a negitive, it was the view from the balcony..

Very new apartment with lovely gym, heated pool and spa. Very friendly staff and very clean carpet and bedding. Very nice kitchen with full equipment even salt and pepper is provided. The only downside is a fire station opposite to the apartment and it’s a bit noisy at night. Location is very good too, only 10 mins walk to coles and Asia store. Less than 5 mins walk to restaurants. Overall a very comfortable apartment. Will come again.

This property came as advertised. clean, clean linen, and location view was perfect.. Right near everything!! Quick ride to Crown Casino, Chapel Street (All bars) Queen and King Street more bars.. The indoor pool was great as well.

Absolutely amazing property my girls and I loved everything about our apartment it was beautiful we even got an upgraded A++++ and the kids loved the pool and spa, staff were amazing also there to help with EVERY request I had would gladly recommend to any one location is fantastic also only short walk to tram lines thanks again for making our stay in Melbourne a memorable one!
