This is not a haunted house but a quaint chapel that hosts a close knit Catholic community In the East Coast town of Kuala Krai in Kelantan.
This Kampung house on Jalan Geale was donated to the Catholic community in that town by a doctor who served the townsfolk, before he returned to Australia in the late 1950s.
Today it struggles to remain relevant due to a dwindling congregation and years of flood damage.

Khao Jam a Thai inspired version of the the Kelantanese Nasi Kerabu.
Kelantan a northern state of Malaysia bordering Thailand incorporates an interesting mix of Thai, Malay, Chinese and Indian ingredients and cooking techniques in its cuisine.
This state which is still underdeveloped compared to it’s contemporaries does not have fancy fine dining restaurants but often homely family run restaurants.
