Great accommodation. The room was larger than expected. The bed was comfortable. Situated in a lovely location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend

Called and email many time before arriving and no reply :( Also the cleaner was peeping thru the window to see if we were there at 9.30am. We walked out and she asked for the key and took her scooter in to clean the room ….interesting???

My issue was the booking engine from Expedia. When we arrived the receptionist could not locate my booking. She advised that the booking date was the following day. Thankfully she was able to provide a room. When I settle in I checked my booking online and it was correct. I went back to reception and showed her my correct booking. We surmised that there must have been an issue at Expedia. I was thankful that a room was available. My visit was for a funeral so it was not what myself and elderly parents needed at the time. All good in the end,

Great location, close to shops and food outlets. Nice big room for the family and the spa was a great surprise! Kids loved spending the afternoon in the pool. Hoon drivers were a bit loud on Saturday night but that is no fault of the hosts. Would recommend for family travellers.
