My issue was the booking engine from Expedia. When we arrived the receptionist could not locate my booking. She advised that the booking date was the following day. Thankfully she was able to provide a room. When I settle in I checked my booking online and it was correct. I went back to reception and showed her my correct booking. We surmised that there must have been an issue at Expedia.
I was thankful that a room was available. My visit was for a funeral so it was not what myself and elderly parents needed at the time.
