We do also have a 24/7 onsite manager available on site when the desk is unattended. The bar onsite is owned by Pelicans Landing which we have no control over, however they have been informed about this issue, your feedback regarding the cot mattress being ignored, this is not the kind of service we display and again this has been addressed to our Housekeeping Team.
