Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful, newly updated, clean, and well stocked with what we needed. Owners were there to provide anything you requested. It is south of the extremely busy tourist area but all is within a reasonable drive. Ocean is 40 foot walk from hotel room. Chairs are provided for lounging on the beach and tables and lounge chairs available around the pool.

This property is definitely a hidden gem on Melbourne Beach. The remodeled modern style rooms are quaint and perfect, as we had an ocean facing room and couldn’t have asked for a better view. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely hospitable and courteous. You will need to drive a ways for food and entertainment, but the stay was definitely worth it! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Beautifully furnished with new 'midcentury/modernistic' style. Fresh and clean. Our room had a balcony with 2 sliding doors overlooking beach /ocean. Pool and all of outdoor property pristeen. Staff kind and hardworking.

Would stay again because it is close to our parents home. My only complaint was there was little to no counter space in the bathroom. It was very clean and nicely updated. Easy to reserve and check in.

Beautifully renewed, with uptodate accommodations. Spacious 1 BR studios. IThe rainshower in the BR was a treat. However, one suggestion would be to install a shelf or two in the shower stall for soap/ shampoo and such. A small but glaring omission that can be easily corrected.

A hidden gem!! I stayed here with some of my family and we absolutely loved it. After the busyness of Orlando, we were looking for a place to unwind for a few days and this place was perfect. The rooms were newly renovated with a beautiful, laid-back, beachy vibe and the views are stunning. The staff are friendly, accessible, and so accommodating. I definitely recommend this place and there is no question that we will be returning.

This place was exactly what we needed after the hectic crowds of Orlando and theme parks. Check-in was easy and Stephanie is a super attentive and accessible host. The rooms were beautifully refurbished and the private beach area was so so nice. Would go back for sure!

Beautiful place on the beach, loved seeing and hearing the waves. Ocean was just a step outside. Newly updated and very clean. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully renovated beach front property. Would recommend 2nd mirror in the room rather than just the one in the bathroom. Small sink in kitchenette would be very convenient to make coffee etc. Rooms were brand new and immaculate. Def a quiet place in more of a remote residential area. Very nice place

This was just what we wanted for our three-day beach get a way! With only fifteen units it was small and quiet. The room was beautiful, clean and newly renovated. We loved being able to walk down the deck stairs and being right on the beach. Without any large hotels nearby, we felt as if we had our own private beach. The comfortable mattress and the sound of the surf made for great sleeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to come back here again someday!

I completely love it! First of all the hotel is completely renovated and everything was brand new. Areas super clean and well maintained. The beach is STUNNING (we're a salty family) and the fact that you can hear the waives at night is priceless. I don't give 5 stars to this great place, just for 3 reasons: the pool doesn't have heater, and for sure people may ask, why she want a heater in Fl?! Well sometimes because of the weather would be nice at least use the pool with a nice temperature. For a family of 6 with little kids, I always want a place with a little kitchen. Yes, at the description of the room you can read "oven" so I thought yes I can cook.... They refer oven as a microwave, so my mistake and was a boomer for me, to handle that situation was uncomfortable but not terrible. Once again I can say that this hotel is fantastic! Thank you for everything

Thank you, Ingrid. We are working on the pool heater, but we have a few obstacles in the way. We do have rooms that have stove tops, but we do not provide ovens. We hope we see you and the family again soon!

While the property may have been under a refresh on the outside it didn’t stop use of the pool or beach access. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms huge and comfortable. The ocean view from the rooms was incredible. I will definitely stay here again.

I know you allow service dogs but the pit bull that was in the room next to me was not a service dog, service dogs don’t bark all night and one time we were walking out of our room and I thought he was going to come through his window at us, other than that it was nice

Our stay was wonderful. The room had everything that you would possibly need for dining. Also their grills outside. Room was very clean and very comfortable and cozy. Looking forward to our next trip there.

Perfect quaint place right on the ocean. Loved the full kitchen, bed and livingroom, and right on the ocean in a very quiet area. Loved it! Just bring your no-see-um bug spray if you like to sit outside at night! :)
