"Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend."

"Ground level access to the outdoor pool which was locked at 10pm and opens up 9am, inconvenience to access the beach at night. Mattresses were soft and eventually uncomfortable. Room was out dated, staff was friendly and ery accommodating. "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"The room wasn't cleaned properly, however I was helped with the problem at hand. "

"The breakfast was filled with candy for the kids to load up on no nutritious options. The candy is shoved in their face at the entrance and also there is a whipped cream, sprinkles, chocolate syrup, marshmallows, and gummy‘s for breakfast. It wasn’t worth a fight with the kids. They instantly loaded up on all the sugar. I think it shouldn’t be offered for breakfast."

"The condo balcony was 10 floors up on the north face of the bldg. This listed "beach view" was actually looking from a northeast angle up the beach and not directly at. Pros: The condo was a nice size for 5 travelers. The kitchenette served our needs. The AC worked very well. Cons: The coded front door was a challenge to open. The shower pressure an insult. Bring extra towels from home. They don't offer more unless you ask. Finally, PARKING Garage was nuts!! Only small cars/suvs when parking...

"Love that its dog friendly and on the boardwalk. All-around great deal for the location. Pro's: AC unit worked well, great view, great price, great location. Potential improvement options: carpet was really dirty and room smelled strong of smoke (but was listed as non smoking). Ultimately, i am not disappointed and would stay again! "

"Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that"
