"Terrible hotel, really. stay away from this property. Location is so bad, it is surrounded with industrial area. Hotel is very old and very dirty! Not something you see very often in Japan. The worst hotel in our trip in Japan. STAY AWAY from this place!"

"The hotel is located in a quiet area approx 15-20 mins walk from Okayama station & within walking distance to other major shops such as Aeon Mall, Takashimaya, Don Quijote & Ichiban gai. The staff are very friendly & helpful especially the cleaning staff. "
