"Upon arrival to the hotel, check-in was prompt. The lobby was well decorated and stocked with snacks. Our room was large and clean. The location is well situated by the train station and the city centre, with both being within walking distance. We had no complaints and would stay again! I made an error in booking the wrong room, and upon request, reception swiftly transferred us to a double room. Thank you!"

"Hotel is ideally placed for Trip to Bruges. It is in walking distance of most of the sights, and is only a few hundred metres from the market square, with all its cafes and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and regularly refreshed so nothing ran out. I would happily go back"

"Clean room with amenities as Expected for the price point of this hotel. I was able to check in early Which was much appreciated. The proximity to the train station is very convenient but station a 20 min walk from old town without restaurants nearby. Fast food places are available inside and just outside the station but this area, the train station and large bus stop point, feels a little gritty and rough around the edges"

"Fabulous location. Stunning facility. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Restaurant and Bar were well done. And Spa was very nice. Only rub was reception staff was a bit unhelpful in general. Their coordination with Spa was poor and not even close to effectively communicating. Seemed to be a point of friction. Room for reception staff to improve!"
