"It’s a bit tired of a hotel. The staff is quite rude and curt (multiple staff at the front desk). Very un-Finnish experience. Something they could do is say hello welcome can I help you things like this. They stare at their computer monitors and they’re very curt with their answers. The room was very terrible with poor HVAC, which only works in the area near the bathroom, but not the room because it’s badly designed. Overall, the Hotel feels very dated, and it needs to be renovated."

"Property was a former prison converted to a nice hotel. A tram ride away from City center area, about 5 tram stops. But, tram stops literally in front of hotel super convenient and trams come very often, every 5-10 minutes. Senior rates are available to travelers 67 and older. Easiest way to get around Helsinki is purchasing multi-day tickets.
