Clean, good location, great choice of breakfast, double bed was comfy. The first night the kids pull out beds were uncomfortable but we asked for toppers like they had put on ours and this was quickly seen to. My only negative was the pool was too cold to swim in.

Our first impressions were how convenient to the City Centre the location was. Walkable and tram and bus stop outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very warm, quiet and had everything we required. The buffet breakfast was truly amazing. Pretty much anything you want is available to you.

Hotel is clean, spacious and very welcoming. Staff are happy to help and treated us with kindness a smile. There’s plenty to do inside the hotel, locations nearby and is right in front of a beautiful lake. Really enjoyed my time inside the hotel and out. Food is great too, both breakfast and evening meal, even the snacks they have on offer at the shop to take up to our room. Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay for families

Fantastic hotel, which was very child friendly. Great transport links and a short walk to the city centre. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were insulated from sound and cold very well.

Good location within walkable distance of Helsinki city centre, outdoor play areas and the library, which my daughters loved. The front desk staff could be more helpful with giving details of their facilities - where to find things, timing of breakfast etc.

Great location at reasonable price

Family of 4 (two adults, two children) stayed during a weekend trip. Room space was enough for 4 people, location of the hotel was perfect (in front of a lake, walking distance to Central Station), room very clean (except for a bit of mould on the bathroom silicone, room 624), delicious breakfast. We used the pool which was more to the cold side (but still ok to get in and made the children happy), and quickly used the sauna. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again if needed.

The tram stop is right outside, or a little 10 minute walk through a nice park to the city centre. Breakfast was well organised with booked slots so it was never too busy. Staff were friendly and helpful

Nice location. Near to the city centre. Nice view to the sea. Quite area. Vi took the tram to the central train station and change the train to the airport by purchased zone ABC tickets on the tram. Just selected the zone and pay by card. Recommend Capital Chinese restaurant, good food and friendly staff. Mamarose have the tender buff that melt in my tongue
