"Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. À notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu’il n’y aurait pas de club-enfants. Cela a été vraiment dommageable car nous avions trois petits-enfants et cela était prévu lors de la réservation. Cependant, la piscine a été agréable et nous avons fait sans. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce si cela continue afin d’ éviter ce désagrément. Merci"

"We stayed at Student Factory for 3 nights. This is a new apartment block near Gare St Jean. There are parking buildings around or you can find some street parking. The building is a little hard to find at first. The apartment we started in had a bad leak, but they changed us to another one. Nice and warm and good views. Bed was great, very comfortable - kitchen was very basic but had some plates and cutlery and a couple of saucepans. Staff were very helpful and we would definitely stay again. "

A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend."

"The property was ideal for us as a young family. Comfortable, great location and facilities within the apartment. Once we were contacted by the concierge the communication was great but initially there were a few challenges getting hold of property and confirming cot bed & deposit. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major...

"Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der große, gepflegte Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und bietet genau die Ruhe, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuverlässig und unkompliziert in der Kommunikation. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."
