Medina Spa Hotels

"The lady at the reception check in was on the phone the entire time I was trying to check in, she maybe said three words to me. Not sure if they were understaffed or if this is the norm. Lobby was very inviting and we did notice a restaurant and lounge but as stated above, were told nothing about either. Room was spacious but definitely dated. Hot water was lacking and we were reduced to taking what I would describe as cool/warm temperature. "

"The staff was friendly. The Room however was not cleaned well. There was hair on the pillows and inside the bathtub. There was a roach in the bathroom the towels and bed sheets were stained yellow. But the indoor pool and everything else was great."

"Old hotel, cement stairs unsafe, falling through. Unkept pool full of leaves and insects. Windows old, leaking moisture. Took too long to check-in..l."

"Older motel rooms in need of updating and or renovations. The pillows are very poor. Bring your own. While it was clean, it is tired. Also they ran out of parking spaces. "
