We stayed in the side house, an interesting property with its centuries-old design. We could feel the history in every room. It was very comfortable, very roomy and the amenities made us feel right at home. "The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"We booked 10 rooms as a group and stayed there for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time there and liked it very much. It’s about 30 mins drive from the center Bologna, and it’s quiet but with a lot going on and especially the Saturday morning market was so much fun! The staff are professional and friendly, good breakfast and dinner. The only thing is since it’s a pretty old hotel, you need to be careful with the furnitures and facilities just not to damage anything. I think we will choose it again if...
