Housekeeping really do there job and keep room very clean. The Person that make breakfast she is very attentive and go out of her way to make the best breakfast. The staff at the frontdesk is very helpfull try to help always and very kind always greetings if i pass 10 Times they will greet 10 times. I love the hotel and the hot tub :D

We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The only downside was that the front rooms can be a bit noisy since you can hear traffic and other sounds from outside. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay for five days, and we would definitely recommend it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Previous reviews had raised concerns regarding noise levels, yet my experience was one of peaceful rest. The accommodations were exceptional, and the hot tub was impressive. The view is breathtaking! I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

The location is perfect. I suggest earplugs and eye mask, probably for any hotel. Street noise is constant but I'd stay here again. Great breakfast and close to all my excursion meetup spots.

what a beautiful hotel! we loved it, we felt very safe and everything around was so nice as well. They received us with a very warm greeting and they were super nice, will definitely stay once i come back to Medellín. The breakfast was a great way to save money and had various options. 10/10!
