We loved our stay at this hotel. Nelson at the front desk was very kind, helpful and friendly. This would definitely be my hotel when in Medellin. The location is perfect, and breakfast good.

Mediocre hotel but in great area

The location was good, but service was iffy. The check-in was extremely slow, and the service varied dramatically depending on the staff. One of the staff working on the evening shift was excellent, spoke really good English and was extremely helpful. He was a great help with our mobile phone cracked screen issue as well as booking of bus tickets. But the rest of the staff was less helpful and their level of English was not really up to scratch. Overall, mediocre hotel and service.

Love this place

I was greeted with a beautiful smile by a front desk attendant named Alexandra which made from check in until check out, she is the sunshine of the hotel just as many other great employees, its is also a LGBT friendly hotel with respect to the community. A great area, full of safely walkable areas, awesome restaurants and nightlife. I will definitely stay here again and again.

My own experience. It was good!

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel, located in good neeighborhood nearby to many restaurants, shops and others facilities for pleasure. However, we found a little problem in the bathroom´s door, it had lack of manteinance. For the rest, I fully recommend it.

nice hotel, updated and decorated tastefully. standard rooms a bit tight. full bed was a bit hard and tough on the back. free internet excellent. breakfast a bit spare for the overall price paid; they could have offered more variety and size. great tree-lined street, but be prepared to walk uphill a bit; good for strengthening the legs but not for people who have trouble getting around. staff very pleasant and helpful, but KNOW Spanish when you arrive.
