We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. One feature that I found especially convenient was the complimentary laundry service. Being able to use the laundry facilities without any additional charge was extremely practical and added real value to our stay. I really hope other hotels will consider offering the same service, as it makes a big difference, especially for families and guests staying for several days. This is definitely one of the reasons why I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent location, very walkable in a convenient and safe neighborhood, the rooftop pool had the most amazing views. The room had a balcony, the bed was very comfortable, the rooms were quiet. Onsite laundry was an unexpected perk, we were able to wash clothes there. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Landmark. The staff and facilities were excellent! My only issue was that there was a close by room with a dog that barked at all hours of the night. My suggestion would be that pet owners be located in a separate area. It was very difficult for me to sleep at night.

We had an amazing stay at Landmark Hotel in Medellín! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants and nightlife. Andres and Andy were especially helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always greeted us with kindness and professionalism. The service truly made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel was terrific. I enjoyed my stay so much. The staff was friendly, and the service was over the top. Great walkability to a lot of locations in Poblado. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and a great location. The room was tiny but clean. The shower could be better maintained, and the soundproofing needs improvement, we could hear every person passing by our room and talking in the hallway. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved
