I liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a wonderful cafe bistro close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience. I paid for a room with air conditioning, minibar, full refrigerator in a one story hotel. When I arrived, I was placed in a room with no air-conditioning, no minibar, no full size refrigerator, had to go down the stairs with luggage, and theyvadvised mento open the barless window and use the fan. They moved mento another room the next day but the owner refused to reimburse me for their false advertising and screw up. It doesn't matter if the hotelnis $30 or $400 a night. You provide what the customer pays for! Waste of a hotel!!!

This place isn’t what it’s described as. From the outside it looked okay but once we were ready to check in we had to wait until after 3pm. The room was horrible terrible smell the sheets old and furniture musty we reserved a room with two beds instead they fixed a sofa bed and after it was changed by a single bed with a metal dangerous frame. The receptionist couldn’t refund or or relocate the us we couldn’t stay the room smell was so bad we got nausea. At the end we left and had to find another place to stay with since neither the hotel or the application could assist us. My mom is 65 years old and we were basically left in the street while it rained.
The restroom was okay but really outdated.

Pésima experiencia!

Pésima experiencia. Lo reservamos por su ubicación y particularmente porque entendimos que se trataba de un hotel boutique. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con un hotel viejo y con una habitación en muy malas condiciones. Las persianas estaba rotas, las camas sonaban, pésima iluminación, almohadas sin ningún confort y los linos con olor a viejo. Además los baños antiguos y con muy mala apariencia, el televisor viejo, etc. El precio no tiene nada que ver con la calidad del hotel. Lo único destacable fue que nos permitieron cancelar las noches adicionales que estaban reservadas con la promesa de reembolso del dinero pagado por la mismas y sin penalidad alguna.

Hotel Portales del Campestre maravilloso lugar.

La estancia por una semana fue exquisita, maravilloso trato, el personal muy afable, especialmente el mesero, todo muy limpio, encantador lugar, pero no se les ocurra pedir nada del Minibar,es extremadamente caro rozando la ridiculez, abusivo los precios.
