Great value, recommend

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. Its cleaning staff is great - quick, thorough and trustworthy. The price is hard to beat and the neighbourhood quite safe for walking. The only thing I would recommend is more tourist information resources (there are none).

Terrible service- stay

My stay was not so great. The towel that was provided was dirty and had womens hair on it. A key card to re enter the building was not provided. Reason given was because they ran out. At times would have to wait 15-20 minutes to re enter building as they only have 1 personn working which has about 6 different job duties. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. No A/C. If window is left open mosquitos will enter as a nearby river attracts many of them.

Wonderful Stay

This hotel is wonderful. My room was so spacious and nice. It was decorated lovely and it looks just like the pictures. The building felt very safe and secure and the area seemed nice, although I didn’t really explore it as much. But it was mostly sequestered away from the hustle and bustle of the city (like an offshoot from the main roads). The women who worked there were very nice and made my stay very comfortable. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. Again, the room I stayed in was very nice. The cable TV is mostly in Spanish as to be expected (although I was able to watch some shows in English by playing around with the settings on the TV). I would recommend to bring a chrome cast/roku or something similar if you want to watch Netflix or another streaming service on the TV. I felt the internet was fine in my room. There was hot water in the shower and they do provide snacks and drinks in the room for a small additional fee. I would say that the bed is pretty stiff (which I was okay with and got used to it) but that is something to be aware of if you need a really soft bed to sleep in. There’s also two cafes downstairs to get coffee and treats if you’d like as well. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

El hotel se demora mucho en el check in , nadie tenía claro la reserva , nos cobraron una tarifa diferente a la de la página. No hay restaurante , no hay parqueadero y en la parte de afuera hay ciclovía entonces no se puede descargar maletas sino 2 cuadras adelante. Limpiaron el cuarto y no dejaron toallas adicional al hacer el check out no entregan factura electrónica, después la envían al correo para que uno la imprima. No hay aire acondicionado y el ventilador que dejan suena muchísimo, no recomendado.

La habitación es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario, el personal es amable y dispuesto a ayudar, y el área es agradable y tranquila. El único aspecto a mejorar es que en las habitaciones hace calor y aunque hay aire, este no alcanza a enfriar todo, pero no es insoportable ni algo por lo que dejaría de recomendar el hotel.

Muy mala experiencia.

No se respetó la reserva que habia hecho con 3 semanas de anticipacion y que se habia confirmado el dia anterior al ingreso. Como solución ofrecieron hospedarnos en otro establecimiento de la cadena, que no acepté, porque era de una nivel precario y en una zona de la ciudad que me generaba desconfianza. Finalmente responsabilizaron a la aplicación por haber sobrevendido los hospedajes para esas fechas.
