Doors lock early

They have a ridiculous policy of locking the hotel at 8 pm. Even if you just want to go for dinner, you have to ring the bell and sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for somebody to come down and unlock the door. Feels like a prison!

Not safe ! They didnt want to call for a taxi when i left. Had to take taxi from the street ! What a shame ! They working with venezolan driver for comission and he was far away ! Poor place no elevator. Breakfast very poor. No air-con. I would strongly recommend avoid this place even if its cheap !

Well very very bad.. my room window was on the street where the music , very loud, starts from mid day until 3 am!! I asked to changed room but they said yes the first night but when I went to the reception the next they said it wasn’t possible..I ask for a refund and the owner said no!! The staff arrives at 7-8 am and chat loud to each other from one floor to the other, never worries about the clients rest!!! Plus some additional constructions starting very early in the morning.. the staff never ask you if you need any help or anything!! Never been to such a horrible place with unhelpful staff and a boss who doesn’t care about his clients.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Gran ubicación (en la entrada a Provenza), lo malo fue que se supone que es un alojamiento con recepción 24hrs. PERO, le ponen seguro a la puerta principal, y al momento de querer salir pasando la media noche, no encontré a nadie que pudiera abrirme, así que ya no pude salir y quedé encerrado.
