It was a great stay. The staff treated me very well and they even let me stay in the same room when i booked another night. I would stay again.

The hotel is clean and close to the 70. but they charge the same price of the room for every guest you bring over. they also charged me on my credit card even though they said the charge did not go through and asked me to pay in cash, so i paid twice the room and have to try to get a refund from the credit card company which takes several months.

Pésima experiencia

Llegué al Hotel y el hotel “no existía” Había cambiado de nombre hace un tiempo y me reservación no estaba. Al final no tenían espacio y tuve que irme a otro lugar; y me hicieron el cobro de este hotel.

Hay muchos mejorer por menos!!!

Lo escogimos como una opcion economica para dormir unas horas y seguir nuestro largo viaje por carretera, temino sindonun grave error, nos salieron con unos cargo adicionales he impuestos que jamas me an cobrado en otro hoteles en medellin, termino sinedo una opcion muy costosa para lo incomodas que son la camas, si aire acondicionado y un pobre ruidoso ventilador, pelos en los baños y todo lo que ofrese un mal hotel

Fantasticooo! El staff demasiado amable ,specialmente la señora de las limpieza Debora, mille gracias a ella,desalluno basico pero bueno.hay un centro comercial unicentro muy cerca para caminar.si yo vuelvo para Medellin algunos dias volviera en ese hotel con placer.

Nada nos gusto! Nada de lo que aparece en las fotos se asimila a lo que hay en realidad. Sin aire acondicionado, desayuno pésimo, área incómoda en la habitación para colocar ropa y accesorios (zapatos,etc) parece una pensión.

The staff was friendly at my late-hour check-in. I was given a larger room than what I had reserved. Tower and toiletries were not provided to me the night of the check-in, but they were provided the following morning when I asked for them. I liked the traditional hot breakfast in the mornings. The wireless internet speeds were fast allowing me to conduct business meetings online. The furniture was lacking for me to be able to work in the room, but I was able to improvise. They did allow me to work in the dining area after they stopped serving food. Showers had hot water though they lacked shower heads. They allowed me to park my bicycle in my room. There was always staff to greet me in the morning and whenever I left or returned to the property. I liked the location of the hotel near restaurants. For what I paid each night, I consider it to be an excellent value. Although there was no airconditioning, they had a fan and I was able to open two windows to allow the air to flow through the room to keep it cool. I loved the view from my window out to the busy street.
