Great location for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Pretty centrally located for excursions too. We had the 3-bedroom suite, which had an upstairs patio and jacuzzi. It was great setup and offered plenty of privacy. Fran and Santiago were very helpful and attentive to any requests.

Everything was good. Well organized. Good 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was good. No complaints. I would definitely recommend it and book again. Very close to park Lleras. Not exactly where it shows it Is on the hotels.com. It’s 3 -4 blocks away.

Shady people

I am American, and I believe the property owner took advantage of me, by making me pay a security deposit. The deposit was about $170.00 USD. When I was checking out the property manager looked around for something to be wrong so he could keep the deposit. He found a small stain on one of the bed sheets. He used that as a reason to keep a partial amount ( $30.00) of the deposit. The property overall is a decent set up. Minor repairs need to be made all over the apartment. The entrance door into the apartment looks pretty unsecured, which made me a little paranoid. The property is in a good location. There is are many restaurants nearby and there is even a grocery store nearby. All in all I would not choose this location again, just because of the shady way the owner conducts business. By all means if you want to try and rob me for a small amount of money, and lose a customer in the process, so be it.

Communication from the apartment complex managers was not the best. There were times when it took up to a full day to receive a response, and I had to email their supervisor directly in order to get a reply. Second, the apartment is very centrally located and ideal for almost all activities you can do in Medellín, but it does not have security cameras or extra security on the bedroom doors. Even though the area is generally considered safe, there is always a risk of theft or assault. The apartment we were assigned was right next to the pedestrian sidewalk, and honestly, there was one night when we got scared because a man stayed outside for about two hours. I don’t know if he was trying to enter the property, but he remained there for a long time. We almost called the police, but a neighbor noticed and made him leave. Regarding what the apartment offered, most things worked only “moderately.” I had to record a video both at the beginning, when the apartment was handed over to us, and at the end, because I read that sometimes they try to charge a fee if they find something damaged or dirty. So if you stay there, record every detail carefully. You pay expecting good service.

This place is perfect if you want privacy. In other hotels or apart-hotels you have to pay for every guest that visits you. Here you basically have your own house with your own rules. right in the heart of Poblado. This place is Awesome!! and in the unit I stay I had a very nice jacuzzi! I love this place will definitely book it again when I return to medellin.

Quality comfort and close to the best places

Great location near Parque Llerias with almost every requirement needed for a long stay. A times could hear traffic from the major street late at night. Also the living room would become uncomfortably because ceiling fan only had one speed. Overall a pleasant experience.

First the pictures are not from that property. When you get there you are basically in a basement. The rooms are smaller and there was and AWFUL SMELL in the apartment.
