"Hotel has a nice location spot on in the "city center" of this rather small village Krakow am See. Renovated, and with one of the few restaurants, where we only got the chance of having dessert since we came late. It advertizes with "good traditional East European food" which is a rare advertising."

"- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Great location for us on the way to cross over to Sweden just a few days later. Big and nice area. Felt like it was not taken care of tthough, needs better cleaning and landscaping resources. Also the supermarket really needs to extend there opening hours! Closing at 18 is not good enough. Much of the swimming area was closed for renovation but we had fun anyway. Big and nice house to live in. No noice from Autobahn to our house."
