"The staff was great. However, there was a fair amount of pubic hair left in our bathroom from the last guest. Also, we went to adjust a crooked picture on the wall, and the picture fell down. Behind said picture someone had stuck a suboxone wrapper to the wall. That creeped me out. Just a dirty room! i would get some new housekeepers then I would try it again."

"Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good but didn’t have any meat included. Property should be fumigated occasionally to avoid insects like cockroaches. I did kill a small one outside my room in the corridor. My room was cleaned both days we were there and the sheets and towels were replaced both days I occupied the room. If not for the roaches, I would have graded the place excellent."

This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!"
