"No hottub, but it also doesnt advertise one so i should have known. That was all the negativity i had tho. The hotel was very clean and family friendly, great customer service from the staff (specifically the night shift girl, she was amazing) and the breakfast was actually good "

Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. "Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. "

"Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. "

"Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. "

"The room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The pool was clean and perfect tempature. Hot tub was great the first day but was out of order the second day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast and a wide variety from cold cereal to make yourself waffles with different additives and cheese omelets with sausage. Perfect stay. "

"I was in town for a concert and chose this property across the river from the downtown core - a short walk away - as the parking was free. A free shuttle to the venue (and pick up afterwards) was a bonus as the weather was dubious. I prepaid for the breakfast buffet which was standard fare but hot and convenient. Our server was lovely. The room was clean and the decor updated. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation! "
