"The room was very clean and we had an amazing view of the harbor. The grounds were beautifully decorated for fall including 2 giant carved pumpkins! We had s'mores at the campfire, just a stone's throw from the water. It was an amazing experience!"

"Easy check in, let us in early too. Quiet room, great views, convenient location with everything walkable distance in the canal area. Breakfast was very good, hot, fresh and good variety. "

"Very nicely decorated space, very clean, and in a fantastic area. The kitchen was well stocked and parking and entering the unit was easy. There seems to be a leak somewhere in the shower that left the floor wet but it was a very minor issue"

"We love staying at all residents inns! It’s always clean, staff is super nice, and Duluth was the best so far. Breakfast the next morning was just beautiful and delicious, fresh strawberry topping for waffles, spinach and feta eggs and egg sandwiches! Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel recently!"

"Not your typical hotel. The room was large, the beds were comfortable. It was relatively quiet. The only problem we had was that my husband got locked out of the building on check out day. You're given a code to use during your stay to get in the building. My husband went out for coffee at 7 and tried the code and was met with 'code expired'. What if we all had gone out? Would we be on the street and our stuff inside? Hoping it v was a glitch."
