"They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Clean, convenient and quite classy. I like the arsenal theme and the subdued green tones in my spacious room. Convenient and well-lit parking. Close to Harvard and Boston College. Good breakfast."

"I did get locked in my room because the deadbolt jammed and I couldn’t open the door. The cleaning lady called someone to help. After several attempts maintenance was able to open the door. I was moved to another room."

"Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

"The property is an old Days Inn and it shows, however the staff was friendly and everything I saw was clean and functional. The rate was very reasonable and and the stay was comfortable."

"Location and room size (pull out couch, kitchen) were great for us - close to easy to use train line - is a short walk. Is possible to take train from airport, does require one transfer, not super quick, but Uber not quick (and $pendy) either during peak times. Breakfast 'serviceable' - should be able to find some calories to get the day started, coffee/tea, juices, etc."

"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. "

"Our room very old, including furniture with squeaky bed and chair. FYI, no a/c., but was not needed this time of year, so not a problem for us. Overall it did the trick and there morning spread was nice, although we had other plans so did not partake."

"My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!"

"Four years ago we stayed here for the first time when we moved our granddaughter into college. We continued to stay here every time we visited her at Lasell University. This trip was to celebrate her graduation, it was bittersweet because we knew we wouldn’t need to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made every visit a wonderful experience."
