"We stayed here for a few days while visiting Boston, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end and found it very convenient to hop on the train and walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The first room was on the third floor and was very small but was fine for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. "Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and professional. The rest needs improvement! Room carpet was stained. The room smelled of smoke. The towel was stained. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. I waited 20 minutes for the shared bathroom. 6 or more rooms to one bathroom. Paint was peeling, tiles were cracked. For the price, I would expect better, considering that I had to share a bathroom. "
