"The room itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We genuinely enjoyed the stay overall and the kids still had fun.
However, the toilet in our room was not working from the time we arrived. We reported it and were told it had been fixed, but it still did not work. We were then told maintenance would come, but no one ever resolved the issue during our stay.

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"

"Spent the weekend with our young kids. Amazing view of the bay (amazing sunrise view) and we could hear the sound of the waves despite being on the 5th floor which was quite soothing. The room was small with a balcony but was quite comfortable. The cookies provided at check-in were delicious. Breakfast is paid (we paid for one day and it was alright) and we had to pay about $27 for two days of parking.
