"Few airport motels are great, but this was down at the bottom. The beds were as lumpy as could be. A promised "free breakfast" rate through Expedia was a lousy grab and go. The live band at dinner was fun but the service was awful and the food mediocre. The shuttle to the hotel only runs once an hour--not convenient. I would avoid this one if possible (we chose it only because we had a short layover in Honolulu and it was close to the fantastic Pearl Harbor memorial. "

"Very run down and in an industrial area. Blinding light comes through the shutters and the air conditioning is extremely loud. All of the air conditioners leak outside so they have trash buckets to collect water from them. No low setting so we had to un plug it. Soft beds. Really run down motels. Shuttle to airport is great as well as the Chinese restaurant right next door."

"The rooms are well cleaned. It is a very convenient hotel with the shops and restaurants. The pools are over packed with people, you can’t be in it without having 20 kids splash your face because there is no space. We liked the lagoon but you can’t stay for too long on a sunny day because you have so shade. They offer many room options, which was our reason for picking it. The main problem is staff is incredibly rude. Don’t count on any customer service. "
