"5 Stars for the Spa and Elisabetta who is always always the best and never disappoints. However we had a very bumpy check in unfortunately this time. No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. "The staff were excellent and arranged for our transfer to the cruise terminal. The front desk doubles as concierge services and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. The rooms are very clean and the shower was very nice with one flaw. The floor was slippery so ask for a mat and they are available. Overall a 9/10 and 10/10 for staff and 10/10 for breakfast."
