"I was quickly checked into my double room on the third floor, which didn't have a terrace but a small window in the bedroom, the airconditioner could only be turned on by the reception and you had to call them by dialling '0' from your room. The TV which was small, only had a few channels and the signal strength was very bad and no English speaking channels. No safe in the room but it did have a wardrobe...

"The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day.
