"El registro de entrada fue totalmente automático. La puerta del edificio estaba abierta. El piso estaba limpio y era exactamente como se describía. Los huéspedes de arriba parecían de otro planeta, hasta tal punto que solo pudimos dormir tres o cuatro horas cada noche. No solo hablaban en voz alta, sino que también pisoteaban el suelo y movían los muebles de un lado a otro. Nos pusimos en contacto con la administración del edificio varias veces, a las 3 de la madrugada y también a las 6 de la mañana, mientras el «festival de ruido» seguía en marcha, ¡pero no recibimos ni una sola respuesta en días!"

Un olor a alcantarillado horrible que estuvo durante los 4 dias que nos hospedarnos sl parecer el sello del wc esta deficiente. "I had a very disappointing experience. I specifically booked and paid an additional €25 for an upgraded room, but upon arrival, I was given a standard room with separate beds—the most basic option listed on Expedia. This was already frustrating, as it did not match what I had paid for. The situation became worse with the air conditioning, which was not functioning properly. Instead of cooling the room, it was mostly blowing hot air, making the environment very uncomfortable. As a result, I had no choice but to open the window. The hotel is located in a very central area(this is why I choose it), with a bar and restaurant nearby. Since it was a Friday night, the noise levels were extremely high, and I was unable to rest at all. Additionally, the overall maintenance condition of the hotel is far below the NH standard I am accustomed to, which made the experience even more disappointing. I was only stopping over while traveling by car, hoping for a good night’s rest, but this turned into a complete nightmare. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations and was very disappointing."

" The room was perfectly clean and the furnishings were nicely appointed and in very good condition. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, a good selection. The breakfast area is cozy, a tad small. The location is great; in town so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We upgraded to a room with a spa bath because we were walking the Camino and knew we would enjoy a soak. The bath was very nice, but there was no soap near it (it’s affixed to the shower wall). Also, the room lacked much furniture- two tiny bed stands with only one surface; no dresser or luggage racks for our bags made unpacking complicated. Overall a good hotel and a nice stay."
