The hotel was welcoming -reception to check-in smooth; rooms were spacious, fridge well stocked, balcony overlooks ocean, drying rack for any clothing. Viaggio Resort Mazatlán
Shampoo and body soap containers not working properly. It was a chore trying to get any shampoo or soap out of those containers. Let room service know of this issue without getting a solution

Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Clean room but felt amenities lacking this year. Menus only scannable which doesn't work for those without a smart phone or no service in Mexico. The upkeep of the property is sliding (long grass, paint peeling surfaces)
