Our room was clean and well kept. AC worked great and was very convenient for our stay. Room faced the Main Street and was very noisy. Staff was very helpful but the only drawback was the street noise that continued well into the night.

Great budget place to stay
This is a great, affordable place to stay. There is a great restaurant and it is walking resistance to many beach areas and bars/restaurants. It isn't really in zona dorada. You have to walk pretty far to those places but it's possible. The hotel staff is great. It's simple but has pretty much everything you need.

Very small hotel with absolutely 0 amenities. we had 4 rooms. Two had no towels. Rooms only had 2 very small water bottles. Not a place for seniors as there is no elevator and no one to assist with baggage. One of our members walked right into the front door of the hotel as there was nothing in the window, (design or something) and he cut himself and was treated by a staff member. He had a nice knob on his head the following day. No one on staff spoke english, but they were nice ladies. Lots of small things. The rating is much too high and should be listed as a two star tops

Great location. Lots of places to walk to in the area. Go to the Birria Tacos place next door, delicious food. Caro and Maricela provided excellent service at Kavia

El personal no es servicial no limpiaban la habitación hasta que les decías y las sábanas no las cambiaban. También tenías que andar tras de ellas por una botella de agua.

Las instalaciones son modernas, todo muy limpio, cama super cómoda y el personal de recepción es amable, me permitieron ingresar a la habitación antes del check in y se agradece. Hay un farmacias Guadalajara a lado, restaurantes cerca, tiendas de souvenirs y el transporte pasa justo enfrente para llegar al malecón y el centro. El único detalle fue que el personal de limpieza nos abrió la puerta minutos de la hora del check out, aún teníamos la televisión prendida y estábamos empacando. Se escuchaba todo el ruido afuera de la habitación, pero pudimos descansar bien.
