"I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services"

"This is a unique hotel in the middle of Chautauqua Institution. We had a fantastic room and thoroughly enjoyed the history and surroundings."

"First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing....

"Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way."

"This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!"

"The Breakfast was very good and the Attendant was a very friendly and happy woman who always helped start the day off in a good way. The Curtains need to be replaced and the mini fridge in the room was removed and the ice maker was broken. The Bar closed early, wish it was open at least 1 hour longer. The Bed was very comfortable and pillows were very comfortable. Towels very soft and smelled good. Was disappointed the local Hockey Broadcast was not on the tv. Rooms need a little general...

"With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

"This was our first time at Lakeview and we were impressed all around. The property is beautifully located on the lake with fantastic views. The motel room was rustic and quaint, perfect for me and my 2 teenagers. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. The variety of places to stay on the property make it a good fit for anyone, and the playground, grills, picnic tables and pool make it great for families too."
