"Wir waren für einen Tagesausflug im Zillertal und haben für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Auch wenn es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt war, waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, und der Service sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant fabelhaft. Auch für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert!"
"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
"Big room, clean and well maintained, for me it was just lacking a fridge and some tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast was nice, pretty standard, but a good selection of things.
The staff were brilliant, super helpful and friendly and definitely made the experience a good one."
"We arrived early from our overnight flight and relaxed by the pool as we waited for our room. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Very nice buffet breakfast with many choices. When we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised with a thank you gift of berry wine."
