"Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. "Ci è piaciuta molto la struttura, il personale è molto cordiale e la piscina semi riscaldata permette di fare il bagno anche con il tempo incerto. Vicinissima a la spiaggia concha e a piedi si arriva in centro a Cotillo senza problemi "

"La struttura dispone di camere piccole con bagni ciechi e datati. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo riscontrato un forte odore di ristagno e la doccia erogava acqua sporca. Nonostante la nostra richiesta di cambio stanza, la proprietà ha risposto solo in tarda serata, costringendoci a trascorrere lì la prima notte, sebbene la struttura fosse quasi vuota. Anche la seconda camera, pur essendo un miglioramento, presentava un persistente odore di chiuso. In generale, i bagni sono vecchi e senza ventilazione...
